NOTE: The indoor pool can be heated on request for an additional cost of £30 per day (2023 rate). Because the pool takes several days to attain optimal temperature, please request this amenity when booking or at least one week before your visit.

Bedrooms

Living Room

There are two sitting areas, one on the pool terrace level and one on the lower ground floor; both have an additional kitchen area, an indoor dining space, and an indoor heated pool. The upper lounge has floor-to-ceiling glass windows that provide panoramic sea views. This room includes a seating area, a Smart television, free internet access, an indoor dining table, air conditioning, and a coffee table. You may step out onto the pool terrace from the upper living area.

Kitchen

The kitchen is a contemporary, American-style area with a breakfast bar. It has a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, kettle, oven range, and all the equipment needed for self-catering.

Pool and Terrace

The pool area is on the villa's bottom level, next to the living area.  A private infinity pool with a wrap-around patio has a BBQ, outdoor seats, an alfresco dining table, sun loungers, an outdoor shower, and parasols. The pool attendant cleans the pool, terrace and garden daily.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We take pride in ensuring the villa is meticulously cleaned before your arrival. Additionally, a mid-stay cleaning service will be scheduled for reservations exceeding seven nights, enhancing the overall comfort of your extended stay. However, please note that reservations lasting seven nights or fewer do not include a mid-stay clean. For instance, if your stay spans ten or 14 nights, a mid-stay cleaning will be organised at your convenience. Should you desire additional cleaning services, we encourage you to inquire about the associated fees when booking. Please be aware that cleaning fees are applied per each cleaning session.

Security Deposit
