Living Room

The spacious sitting space is sleek and modern, with excellent travertine flooring, and is ideal for relaxing after a day in the sun. This room features an L-shaped sofa and lounge chairs, a smart TV, free internet access, air conditioning, and a coffee table. Full-height glass doors provide direct access to the pool and the outdoor space.

Kitchen

The fitted kitchen is nicely appointed, with an exquisite open plan living area and equipped with a centre island integrating the gas range, a dishwasher, a fridge freezer, an eight-seater dining table, an oven, and plenty of utensils for indoor and outdoor dining.

Garden, Terrace and Pool

This spectacular pool patio features a custom private swimming pool with shallow portions that get the morning Mediterranean sun. The patio contains an outside dining table with eight seats, plenty of sun loungers, a BBQ, a magnificent outdoor swing sofa, and a coffee table. This outdoor area has been designed to accommodate visitors pleasantly, with two pavilions, a parasol, and different covered areas. It's a great location to escape the heat and relax with an excellent book. The pool attendant cleans the pool and garden daily.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We take pride in ensuring the villa is meticulously cleaned before your arrival. Additionally, a mid-stay cleaning service will be scheduled for reservations exceeding seven nights, enhancing the overall comfort of your extended stay. However, please note that reservations lasting seven nights or fewer do not include a mid-stay clean. For instance, if your stay spans ten or 14 nights, a mid-stay cleaning will be organised at your convenience. Should you desire additional cleaning services, we encourage you to inquire about the associated fees when booking. Please be aware that cleaning fees are applied per each cleaning session.

Security Deposit
