This contemporary American-style space is equipped with modern amenities, including a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, kettle, microwave, oven and hob. It is stocked with all the utensils and dinnerware necessary for a seamless self-catering holiday experience. Direct access to the pool terrace is conveniently available from the kitchen, offering a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor living spaces.

Our dedicated pool attendant ensures the immaculate upkeep of the pool and surrounding garden area, ensuring a pristine and inviting atmosphere for your daily relaxation.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We take pride in ensuring the villa is meticulously cleaned prior to your arrival. Additionally, a mid-stay cleaning service will be scheduled for reservations exceeding seven nights, enhancing the overall comfort of your extended stay. However, please note that reservations lasting seven nights or fewer do not include a mid-stay clean. For instance, if your stay spans ten or 14 nights, a mid-stay cleaning will be organised at your convenience. Should you desire additional cleaning services, we encourage you to inquire about the associated fees at the time of booking. Please be aware that cleaning fees are applied per each cleaning session.

Security Deposit

A security deposit of £500 for this villa is required at the commencement of your holiday. Rest assured; this deposit will be fully refunded at the conclusion of your stay as long as no damage has been incurred to the property during your occupancy. If you're organising a larger group trip and want to book many properties near to each other. In that situation, Villa Afsana and Villa Nana are located next to Villa Setara and built to the same standards.
