Designed to accommodate up to 8 guests, Villa Serendipity offers a sumptuous escape suitable for families, intimate gatherings of friends, or romantic interludes. The villa boasts four meticulously adorned bedrooms, each accompanied by its luxurious en-suite bathroom. Expansive windows and balconies in every room provide awe-inspiring views of the cerulean bay and the majestic Taurus Mountains, ensuring a visual feast at every turn.

Villa Serendipity leaves no detail unattended in the quest to provide guests with comfort and convenience. The interior features a spacious living area, a state-of-the-art kitchen with modern amenities, and a dining space that unfolds onto a terrace, offering panoramic vistas of the azure sea. However, the true gem of the villa lies in its extensive outdoor domain, where a private infinity pool beckons amidst the sun-kissed surroundings, accompanied by sun loungers and a shaded dining area for indulgent al fresco meals. A crowning jewel awaits atop the villa – a rooftop terrace, the perfect perch for savouring cocktails while witnessing the sun gracefully descend beyond the horizon.

Bedrooms

1. Bedroom: King-size bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, bedside table, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom, and WC.

2. Bedroom: Super kingsize bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, bedside table, wardrobe, vanity table, balcony, bathroom and WC

3. Bedroom: Double bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, bedside table, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC.

4. Bedroom: 2 single beds (can be configured as a double), air conditioning, ceiling fan, bedside table, wardrobe, bathroom and WC.

Living Room

This room includes a seating area, a Smart television, free WiFi, air conditioning, and a coffee table. From the living area, you can go out onto the pool terrace. This floor has a separate guest bathroom and a laundry area with a vacuum cleaner. 

Kitchen

The kitchen is a contemporary, fitted American-style area with an 8-seater breakfast table. It has a dishwasher, fridge freezer, kettle, oven and cooktop, filter coffee machine, toaster, and all the appliances needed for self-catering.

Pool and Terraces

With a BBQ, outdoor seats, an alfresco dining table, sun loungers, and parasols, the infinity pool and adjacent terrace are ideal for outdoor living. A shady garden with seating is located near the villa's entrance. An expansive roof terrace with stunning elevated views of the sea, bay, and harbour crowns the home. This area has outdoor seats and a well-equipped kitchenette, allowing you to make your evening beverages while the sun sets behind the mountains. The pool attendant cleans the pool and garden surroundings daily.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We take pride in ensuring the villa is meticulously cleaned before your arrival. Additionally, a mid-stay cleaning service will be scheduled for reservations exceeding seven nights, enhancing the overall comfort of your extended stay. However, please note that reservations lasting seven nights or fewer do not include a mid-stay clean. For instance, if your stay spans ten or 14 nights, a mid-stay cleaning will be organised at your convenience. Should you desire additional cleaning services, we encourage you to inquire about the associated fees when booking. Please be aware that cleaning fees are applied per each cleaning session.

Security Deposit

A security deposit of £500 for this villa is required at the commencement of your holiday. Rest assured, this deposit will be fully refunded after your stay as long as no damage has been incurred to the property during your occupancy.
