The outdoor expanse of Villa Sandie is a rare spectacle in Kalkan, combining the visual allure of paved pathways, decked areas, and lush lawns interspersed with meticulously sculpted gardens and rockeries. A tiled space with a barbecue, a private dining enclave, and a bar-style seating area with bay views beckon for al fresco indulgence. The infinity pool, featuring a shallow and child-friendly section, is seamlessly integrated into this outdoor oasis.

A swing chair and a plush lounge set, shaded for comfort, provide idyllic spots for leisure. The front curve of the building is adorned with decking, hosting several woven loungers with retractable umbrellas and easy access to the central area of the infinity pool. An enticing outbuilding at the terrace's edge houses a fully equipped gym, a luxurious sauna, and a beautifully tiled Turkish bath, complemented by convenient shower facilities. Unwind in the pair of easy rattan chairs outside, offering a perfect retreat after an invigorating workout.

Ascending the decking steps, a verdant lawn adorned with charming palm and olive trees awaits, surrounded by planted areas featuring rockeries and potted plants that infuse the space with a refreshing ambience. Bedrooms

1. Bedroom: 2 single beds, vanity table, bedside table, air conditioning, balcony, bathroom, and WC. Located on the first floor.

2. Bedroom: Double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, balcony, bathroom, and WC. Located on the first floor.

3. Bedroom: 2 single beds, air conditioning, bedside table, bathroom, and WC. Located on the first floor.

4. Bedroom: Double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, Jacuzzi balcony, bathroom, and WC. Located on the second floor.

Living Room

The ground-floor open-plan living area is completed to a high degree and occupies a significant undulating space. The lounge area is decorated in gentle greys and neutral tones, with a custom-built plush curving sofa, a contemporary art deco-style coffee table, and lighting. The room includes a plasma flat-screen TV, two Chesterfield sofas, and a feature fireplace. Two curving side tables, a large coffee table, potted plants, abstract artwork, and a plush rug with a modern design on the laminate wood floor round out the stunning decor. The pool patio is accessible through glass doors.

Kitchen

Two stairs from the living room lead to a spacious open area with eight-person eating spaces, a modern fitted kitchen, a solid wood table, and soft blue seats. The kitchen is decorated with white cabinets with a black marble surround and built-in equipment, and the floor is finished with mosaic tiles in a Mediterranean pattern. In addition, our visitors have access to the following amenities: dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, gas burner and all essential kitchen utensils.

Terrace, Garden, and Pool

The expansive terrace features decking, a tiled terrace, and lush meadows. The hardwood decking surrounds a large curving swimming pool with a shallow pool for children. Sun loungers, parasols, and an outdoor sitting group are available. A private health space with an indoor gym, sauna, and Turkish bath is at the edge of the wooden decking. On the opposite side of the terrace is an alfresco dining area for eight people and a BBQ on a spacious paved patio. The pool attendant cleans the pool and garden surroundings daily.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We take pride in ensuring the villa is meticulously cleaned before your arrival. Additionally, a mid-stay cleaning service will be scheduled for reservations exceeding seven nights, enhancing the overall comfort of your extended stay. However, please note that reservations lasting seven nights or fewer do not include a mid-stay clean. For instance, if your stay spans ten or 14 nights, a mid-stay cleaning will be organised at your convenience. Should you desire additional cleaning services, we encourage you to inquire about the associated fees when booking. Please be aware that cleaning fees are applied per each cleaning session.

Security Deposit

A security deposit of £500 for this villa is required at the commencement of your holiday. Rest assured, this deposit will be fully refunded after your stay as long as no damage has been incurred to the property during your occupancy.
