Kitchen
The ultra-modern kitchen is finished with black and white units and equipped with all the modern appliances you could wish for. It features a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge freezer, oven, hob, indoor dining area with table and chairs, and all the utensils required for a self-catering break.

Living Room
The minimalist lounge area is an ideal space for unwinding with pool views. It has access to the outdoor terrace through full-height glass doors. This space has multiple seating groups, a wall-mounted TV, complimentary Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a coffee table.

Terrace and Pool
The wrap-around pool terrace has beautiful outdoor seating and a sunbathing patio with comfortable loungers. A large infinity pool with steps and a ladder entrance is at the side of the terrace. The pool attendant completes the daily cleaning of the pool and garden area.

Cleaning and Maintenance
We take pride in ensuring the villa is meticulously cleaned before your arrival. Additionally, a mid-stay cleaning service will be scheduled for reservations exceeding seven nights, enhancing the overall comfort of your extended stay. However, please note that reservations lasting seven nights or fewer do not include a mid-stay clean. For instance, if your stay spans ten or 14 nights, a mid-stay cleaning will be organised at your convenience. Should you desire additional cleaning services, we encourage you to inquire about the associated fees when booking. Please be aware that cleaning fees are applied per each cleaning session.

Security Deposit
A security deposit of £500 for this villa is required at the commencement of your holiday. Rest assured, this deposit will be fully refunded after your stay as long as no damage has been incurred to the property during your occupancy. If you would like to book neighbouring properties for larger groups, Villa Tulip 2 and Villa Pearl 3 are adjacent to this villa.
