The outdoor spaces are meticulously arranged in descending order, presenting the following:

1.Courtyard Garden: A tranquil stone-paved garden at the rear of the ground floor level, adorned with tables and chairs, providing a shaded retreat.

2.Pool Terrace: This luxurious space features plush sun loungers surrounding split-level infinity pools. The lower pool, perfect for children, boasts sunken seating beneath the water's surface. Towering palm trees add to the allure, creating a visually stunning atmosphere. Adjacent to the pool, beneath the shade of the top floor, a veranda serves as an alfresco dining area equipped with a high-quality BBQ.

3.Lower Garden: A verdant lawn with a cabana-style double sun lounger offers a picturesque view overlooking Kisla Bay.

4.Private Beach Platform: Descending steps from the lawn, skillfully cut into the cliffside, lead to wooden sunbathing platforms nestled into the rocks. Just above sea level, this platform is elegantly furnished with sun loungers, parasols, and scatter cushions, providing a serene spot for relaxation. Direct access to the sea is facilitated by steps leading into the crystal-clear waters.

Note: This property has stringent check-in and check-out days on Saturdays. Stays of one or two weeks will be confirmed, but stays of odd nights, such as ten nights, will not be confirmed due to booking calendar gaps.

Designed for both entertainment and relaxation, the living room seamlessly connects to the outdoor pool terrace, creating a harmonious indoor-outdoor flow. This inviting space features a well-appointed seating area, a television, air conditioning for added comfort, and a set of nested tables. Adjacent to the living room on the ground floor, a separate WC provides convenient accessibility.

Kitchen

The contemporary open-plan kitchen seamlessly integrates with the ground-floor living room. It boasts modern conveniences and includes a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, oven and hob. An indoor dining table complements the space, fully equipped with all the utensils and dinnerware essential for a convenient and enjoyable self-catering experience.

Garden, Terrace, and Pool

Surrounding the villa, multi-tiered grounds unfold, featuring a captivating pool terrace, a shaded retreat for seating and dining, and manicured green lawns gracefully descending to a platform overlooking the sea. The garden and patio are adorned with an array of outdoor furniture, encompassing sun loungers, a delightful swing, a barbecue setup, comfortable seating arrangements, an alfresco dining table, and stylish parasols. The dedicated pool attendant ensures the meticulous upkeep of the pool and garden and performs daily cleaning tasks to maintain a pristine environment.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We take pride in ensuring the villa is meticulously cleaned before your arrival. Additionally, a mid-stay cleaning service will be scheduled for reservations exceeding seven nights, enhancing the overall comfort of your extended stay. However, please note that reservations lasting seven nights or fewer do not include a mid-stay clean. For instance, if your stay spans ten or 14 nights, a mid-stay cleaning will be organised at your convenience. Should you desire additional cleaning services, we encourage you to inquire about the associated fees when booking. Please be aware that cleaning fees are applied per each cleaning session.

Security Deposit

A security deposit of £500 for this villa is required at the commencement of your holiday. Rest assured, this deposit will be fully refunded after your stay as long as no damage has been incurred to the property during your occupancy.
