Villa Phi

Villa Phi Kalkan is set on the hills of the elevated Kiziltas district and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. This home is extremely charming, from the well-appointed pool deck to the building's outside and interior design. Outside, the home has a stunning pool patio that wraps around the entire structure. The front of this terrace is a large infinity pool with premium sun loungers located in the shallow end. There are two double sun loungers on a raised wooden platform as well. If you appreciate alfresco eating, you'll enjoy spending your days on this terrace, which has a built-in BBQ and an outdoor dining space shaded by a gazebo.

The luxury interior design is at the pinnacle of modernity. The ground level has a large, cheerful living area with a living room and a modern kitchen. This kitchen includes an indoor eating room as well as a breakfast bar, allowing you to dine indoors or outside at your pleasure. Two double en suite bedrooms on the upper floor include private jacuzzis for an added touch of luxury. All bedrooms feature sea views, and the first-floor bedrooms have furnished balconies from which to enjoy your morning coffee while staring out over the turquoise sea.

The property has a beautifully equipped roof terrace where you can watch the amazing sunsets illuminate the town and sea. This terrace goes above and above with outdoor seats and a little rooftop bar where you can enjoy a sundowner before venturing out to explore the town.

The tastefully decorated living room is arranged with a seating group, TV, DVD player, free internet, air conditioning, coffee table and separate WC. Full-height glass windows give access to the outer terrace.

Kitchen

The contemporary fitted kitchen combines with the living room on the ground floor. It features a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, kettle, oven and hob and all the utensils required for a self-catering stay. Pool terrace access is provided through large glass doors and there is a breakfast bar and indoor dining table.

Terrace and Pool

A wide patio with an alfresco dining area, swing seat, and outdoor seating surrounds the outside of the building. A substantial infinity pool with an incorporated shallow end where sun loungers sit in the water is located at the front of the terrace. A comfortable wooden sunbathing platform with a double sun lounger stands just over the pool. On the rooftop is a second terrace with a bar and outdoor seats.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We take pride in ensuring the villa is meticulously cleaned prior to your arrival. Additionally, for reservations exceeding seven nights, a mid-stay cleaning service will be scheduled, enhancing the overall comfort of your extended stay. However, please note that reservations lasting seven nights or fewer do not include a mid-stay clean. For instance, if your stay spans ten or 14 nights, a mid-stay cleaning will be organized at your convenience. Should you desire additional cleaning services, we encourage you to inquire about the associated fees at the time of booking. Please be aware that cleaning fees are applied per each cleaning session.

Security Deposit

A security deposit of £500 for this villa is required at the commencement of your holiday.
