Living Room

The spacious living area, adjacent to the outdoor terrace and connected by floor-to-ceiling glass doors, is nicely furnished with a soft sofa, armchairs, and coffee table. A 42" LCD television, DVD player, and sound system are provided for amusement. There is a cloakroom and a laundry room with washing amenities on the ground level.

Kitchen

The well-equipped kitchen features an array of top-notch electrical appliances, encompassing a built-in microwave, oven, gas hob, spacious fridge-freezer, dishwasher, and coffee maker. Positioned at the centre is a substantial island, a versatile prep space and a breakfast bar adorned with surrounding stools.

Terrace, Garden & Pool

The outdoor space at the villa is thoughtfully designed with two distinct terraces—one located at the pool level and the other on the rooftop. The primary terrace is divided into two levels, featuring steps that lead from the lounging area down to the poolside. The upper portion of the patio boasts cosy rattan seating arrangements, perfect for relaxing in the shade while savouring your morning coffee. An alfresco dining table and a stone-built BBQ on the side of the terrace create an ideal setting for the entire family to enjoy meals under the starry sky. 

On the lower section of the patio, the infinity pool is surrounded by sun loungers, all enveloped by lush Mediterranean foliage and flora. The pool attendant ensures daily maintenance of both the pool and terrace area. Ascending to the villa's top floor reveals a furnished roof terrace featuring a comfortable round rattan seat, with a pavilion providing welcome shade. The panoramic views from this elevated vantage point are breathtaking, capturing the majestic mountains and the vast expanse of the sea stretching to the horizon.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We take pride in ensuring the villa is meticulously cleaned before your arrival. Additionally, a mid-stay cleaning service will be scheduled for reservations exceeding seven nights, enhancing the overall comfort of your extended stay. However, please note that reservations lasting seven nights or fewer do not include a mid-stay clean. For instance, if your stay spans ten or 14 nights, a mid-stay cleaning will be organised at your convenience. Should you desire additional cleaning services, we encourage you to inquire about the associated fees when booking. Please be aware that cleaning fees are applied per each cleaning session.

Security Deposit

A security deposit of £500 for this villa is required at the commencement of your holiday. Rest assured, this deposit will be fully refunded after your stay as long as no damage has been incurred to the property during your occupancy.
