Note: The presented prices cover accommodations for two guests at the villa, encompassing daily breakfast served at the residence throughout the reservation period. Furthermore, the pricing includes one round-trip transfer from Dalaman Airport and exclusive access to the villa's Captiva Jeep. An extra charge of £350 per person will apply for each additional guest.

The initial expansive terrace adjoins the main villa structure and living quarters, featuring a spacious infinity pool that offers a refreshing escape from the midday sun while showcasing breathtaking, uninterrupted bay views. From this level, a charming terrace enveloped by lush greenery, outdoor seating, and an open-air Jacuzzi introduces four of the villa's bedrooms. 

Additionally, a sleek gym room is conveniently accessible from this terrace. Pebble pathways wind through enchanting mature gardens, leading to private waterfront beach platforms. This expansive area boasts a well-appointed covered kitchenette, a BBQ space, and a dining area shaded by reeds, creating an idyllic setting for shoreline breakfasts.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We take pride in ensuring the villa is meticulously cleaned before your arrival. Additionally, a mid-stay cleaning service will be scheduled for reservations exceeding seven nights, enhancing the overall comfort of your extended stay. However, please note that reservations lasting seven nights or fewer do not include a mid-stay clean. For instance, if your stay spans ten or 14 nights, a mid-stay cleaning will be organised at your convenience. Should you desire additional cleaning services, we encourage you to inquire about the associated fees when booking. Please be aware that cleaning fees are applied per each cleaning session.

Security Deposit

A security deposit of £500 for this villa is required at the commencement of your holiday. Rest assured, this deposit will be fully refunded after your stay as long as no damage has been incurred to the property during your occupancy.  Villa Mavi Koy can be booked for wedding parties. Important note: The booking terms for Villa Mavi Koy vary from our standard booking terms and conditions. The details of booking and cancellation T's & C's that apply to Villa Mavi Koy reservations are detailed below:

A 30% Deposit is required at the time of booking, and the balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.

If a booking is made less than 10 weeks prior to arrival, the full balance must be paid to secure the booking.

Cancellations are charged as a percentage of the rental cost and apply as follows: Cancellations made more than 70 days prior to arrival: 30% of the total will be charged. Cancellations made 69-43 days prior to arrival: 75% of the total will be charged. Cancellations made 42 days or fewer prior to arrival: 100% of the total will be charged. This also applies to no-shows and early departures.
