The chic and open-plan kitchen, situated on a half-level above the lounge, exudes style and functionality. It is equipped with modern amenities such as a dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, fridge, oven, and hob. The space also features a convenient dining table and comes complete with all the utensils necessary for a seamless and enjoyable self-catering holiday.

Terrace and Pool

The spacious terrace features an elongated infinity pool in the centre that can be heated in the cooler months and has a wave function. Sun loungers, an alfresco dining table, outdoor chairs, a stone BBQ, and parasols are provided on the surrounding patio. The pool attendant cleans the pool and garden surroundings daily. 

Cleaning and Maintenance

We take pride in ensuring the villa is meticulously cleaned prior to your arrival. Additionally, a mid-stay cleaning service will be scheduled for reservations exceeding seven nights, enhancing the overall comfort of your extended stay. However, please note that reservations lasting seven nights or fewer do not include a mid-stay clean. For instance, if your stay spans ten or 14 nights, a mid-stay cleaning will be organised at your convenience. Should you desire additional cleaning services, we encourage you to inquire about the associated fees at the time of booking. Please be aware that cleaning fees are applied per each cleaning session.

Security Deposit

A security deposit of £500 for this villa is required at the commencement of your holiday. Rest assured, this deposit will be fully refunded after your stay as long as no damage has been incurred to the property during your occupancy.
