For added comfort during cooler months, the option of pool heating is available for an additional fee.

Kitchen

The modern kitchen seamlessly adjoins the living room, creating a spacious open-plan layout. This well-designed kitchen incorporates a charming indoor dining area and comes fully equipped with essential amenities, including a dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, fridge, oven, hob, and a complete set of utensils and dinnerware, ensuring a hassle-free experience for those opting for a self-catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The property has an incredible pool patio with a wide infinity pool and an attached Jacuzzi where smaller children may also paddle. An expansive alfresco dining space with a bar and stools, a huge corner seating group and an outdoor dining table with a built-in BBQ can be found at the back of the terrace. There are plenty of sun loungers and a hammock for resting in the sun, and our visitors can also play table tennis. The pool attendant cleans the pool and garden surroundings on a daily basis.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We take pride in ensuring the villa is meticulously cleaned prior to your arrival. Additionally, a mid-stay cleaning service will be scheduled for reservations exceeding seven nights, enhancing the overall comfort of your extended stay. However, please note that reservations lasting seven nights or fewer do not include a mid-stay clean. For instance, if your stay spans ten or 14 nights, a mid-stay cleaning will be organised at your convenience. Should you desire additional cleaning services, we encourage you to inquire about the associated fees at the time of booking. Please be aware that cleaning fees are applied per each cleaning session.

Security Deposit

A security deposit of £500 for this villa is required at the commencement of your holiday. Rest assured; this deposit will be fully refunded at the conclusion of your stay as long as no damage has been incurred to the property during your occupancy.
