The villa comprises three bedrooms in the main duplex, while an adjoining apartment adds an extra layer of privacy with two additional bedrooms—accommodating ten guests. The open-plan fitted kitchen is light and airy, blending perfectly with the living room and indoor dining area. It has a coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, fridge freezer, microwave, oven and hob, water dispenser, and all the tools you'll need for your self-catering stay.

The sea-view lounge room, decorated in soothing white tones, is ideal for entertaining. This accommodation has a huge L-shaped sofa, an LED television, a satellite connection, free WiFi internet, air conditioning, and a 10-person indoor dining table. A second sitting room with a fireplace, best described as a cosy room, is accessible from the main living space via an open archway. Sliding doors provide direct access to the pool patio.

The dedicated pool attendant diligently conducts daily maintenance of both the pool and the lush garden surroundings. Additionally, a separate children's pool adds extra convenience for families with little ones.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We take pride in ensuring the villa is meticulously cleaned before your arrival. Additionally, a mid-stay cleaning service will be scheduled for reservations exceeding seven nights, enhancing the overall comfort of your extended stay. However, please note that reservations lasting seven nights or fewer do not include a mid-stay clean. For instance, if your stay spans ten or 14 nights, a mid-stay cleaning will be organised at your convenience. Should you desire additional cleaning services, we encourage you to inquire about the associated fees when booking. Please be aware that cleaning fees are applied per each cleaning session.

Security Deposit

A security deposit of £500 for this villa is required at the commencement of your holiday.
