The allure of Villa Imperial is accentuated by dual pools that redefine luxury living. Outdoors, a sprawling infinity pool graces an expansive terrace, delivering an unforgettable backdrop. Meanwhile, an enclosed indoor pool with a dedicated games area and fitness facility caters to relaxation and recreation. During the cooler months, the indoor pool can be heated at the request of our esteemed guests, making this retreat equally enchanting for winter escapes and summer sojourns.

The main pool terrace is a vision of indulgence, thoughtfully adorned with sun loungers, an alfresco dining haven, and a shaded seating area, all strategically positioned to optimise the panoramic views of Kalkan town and its picturesque bay. One level below, the indoor pool room extends to a second outdoor terrace, offering a recreational haven with a table tennis setup, sun loungers, and an additional seating enclave.

Internally, the villa unfolds across three levels, showcasing five generously proportioned en-suite bedrooms, each graced with adjoining balconies. A crowning jewel is the rooftop terrace, an idyllic perch from which to savour the entirety of Kalkan Bay. The contemporary allure of the living room and open-plan kitchen, featuring brushed grey kitchen units and light monochrome furnishings, seamlessly connects to the main patio through full-height glass doors.

Completing the grandeur is a breathtaking rooftop terrace, an elevated haven providing sweeping sea views. Villa Imperial Kalkan promises a dream holiday experience, an immersive escape where luxury, comfort, and unparalleled scenery converge to create memories that linger long after your stay.

Bedrooms

1. Bedroom: Suite bedroom, double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, LCD TV, bathroom and WC.

2. Bedroom: Master suite bedroom, double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, bedside table, armchair, balcony, bathroom and WC.

3. Bedroom: 2 single beds, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning, balcony, bathroom and WC.

4. Bedroom: Double bed, LCD TV, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, balcony, bathroom and WC.

5. Bedroom: Suite bedroom, air conditioning, vanity table, wardrobe, balcony, bathroom and WC.

Living Room

The bright and modern living on the ground level integrates the kitchen and indoor eating space into one large room. The lounge space is lovely and big, ideal for relaxing after a day at the pool. The living room includes a seating area, a television, a DVD player, a table and chairs, free internet, air conditioning, and a WC. The pool area is readily accessible from the living room via large glass doors, which showcase the pool and sea views.

Kitchen

The kitchen is adjacent to the room and features a centre island with a burner and an indoor dining area overlooking the pool. It includes a dishwasher, washing machine, dining table, microwave, toaster, fridge freezer, kettle, oven and hob, and all the tools you'll need for your self-catering stay. The pool area is also accessible from the kitchen.

Terrace and Pool

The main pool area has a private infinity pool and a sizable terrace. Sun loungers, a seating group, an alfresco dining table, a BBQ, and parasols are available on the patio. Outdoor chairs and a table tennis table may be found on a lower ground terrace near the indoor pool and gym. A second outside terrace with chairs and sun loungers is located on the villa's roof. The pool attendant cleans the pool and garden area daily. 

Cleaning and Maintenance

We take pride in ensuring the villa is meticulously cleaned before your arrival. Additionally, a mid-stay cleaning service will be scheduled for reservations exceeding seven nights, enhancing the overall comfort of your extended stay. However, please note that reservations lasting seven nights or fewer do not include a mid-stay clean. For instance, if your stay spans ten or 14 nights, a mid-stay cleaning will be organised at your convenience. Should you desire additional cleaning services, we encourage you to inquire about the associated fees when booking. Please be aware that cleaning fees are applied per each cleaning session.

Security Deposit

A security deposit of £500 for this villa is required at the commencement of your holiday.
