Villa Buse Duo in Kalkan redefines the essence of contemporary holiday living, offering an exquisite blend of luxurious design, a sprawling terrace, and a private infinity pool. Set against a breathtaking panorama of sea and mountains, this property provides unrivalled bay views from its infinity pool and the outer balconies and terraces spanning every floor.

Immerse yourself in the allure of this meticulously crafted villa strategically positioned to indulge in the town's amenities. The stunning infinity pool features a gracefully curved, integrated outdoor Jacuzzi, creating an idyllic setting for relaxation and enjoyment. The interiors exude a modern aesthetic, illuminated by abundant natural light streaming through expansive floor-to-ceiling windows in the living areas and select bedrooms.

Spanning three levels, the villa unfolds with a contemporary open-plan kitchen and living room on the ground floor, a double bedroom with an en suite and balcony, another double bedroom with an en suite and Jacuzzi bath, and a twin bedroom with an en suite on the first floor. The second floor hosts a double and twin room with a spacious balcony, each equipped with an en suite.

Indulge in recreation and entertainment within the villa's dedicated games room below the swimming pool. A compact gym within this space ensures the family stays active and engaged. This exceptional room serves as a retreat from the sun, featuring a pool table, pinball machine, and a selection of sporting equipment, providing all the elements for an enjoyable and memorable holiday experience.

Note: Villa Buse Duo will get an additional bedroom for the summer season of 2024 after completing renovations in the winter of 23/24. We will upload new images as soon as they are provided.

Living Room

Full-height glass windows frame pool and sea views in the living room's front. The living room is open-plan and roomy. The lounge is well-equipped for entertaining, with a seating group, TV, free internet, iron, ironing board, air conditioning, and a coffee table.

Kitchen

The spacious kitchen has plenty of counter space, storage space, and a wide central island in white with black marble tops. It has a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, ten-person dinner table, oven and cooktop, and all the amenities needed for a luxury self-catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

Our guests will enjoy the gorgeous pool area, which includes a big infinity pool, a Jacuzzi, and a children's pool. A large terrace wraps around the villa's building and features high-quality outdoor furnishings such as sun loungers, an alfresco dining table, a rattan seating group, a BBQ and parasols. A games room with a private gym, sports equipment, a pool table, and a pinball machine is located beneath the pool terrace. The pool attendant cleans the pool and garden surroundings on a daily basis.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We take pride in ensuring the villa is meticulously cleaned prior to your arrival. Additionally, a mid-stay cleaning service will be scheduled for reservations exceeding seven nights, enhancing the overall comfort of your extended stay. However, please note that reservations lasting seven nights or fewer do not include a mid-stay clean. For instance, if your stay spans ten or 14 nights, a mid-stay cleaning will be organised at your convenience. Should you desire additional cleaning services, we encourage you to inquire about the associated fees at the time of booking. Please be aware that cleaning fees are applied per each cleaning session.

Security Deposit

A security deposit of £500 for this villa is required at the commencement of your holiday. Rest assured; this deposit will be fully refunded at the conclusion of your stay as long as no damage has been incurred to the property during your occupancy.
