Living Room

The open-plan living room exudes modern flair, with huge sliding doors framing a beautiful pool view. This room is spacious and modern, and it is ideal for large groups looking to rest after a long day in the sun. This room features multiple chic couches, a wall-mounted Smart TV, air conditioning, and a coffee table. The living area flows into the neighbouring indoor dining area, which features a luxurious 6-seater dining table at the base of an exquisite staircase. Furthermore, the living room and dining areas provide direct access to the pool patio.

Kitchen

The kitchen is spacious and sleek, with a central island and prep area featuring a stand-alone electric hob. Kitchen amenities include a dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, fridge, oven hob and all the utensils required for a self-catering holiday.

Terrace and Pool

The sizeable terrace has a large infinity pool at the centre, which merges with the liquid glass-like sea beyond. Surrounding the focal-point pool is a spacious patio with sun loungers and beautifully tended lawns and plants fringe this space. Alfresco dining facilities and outdoor seating are plentiful so that you can experience the best of outdoor living. 

The pool attendant completes the daily cleaning of the pool and garden area.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We take pride in ensuring the villa is meticulously cleaned before your arrival. Additionally, a mid-stay cleaning service will be scheduled for reservations exceeding seven nights, enhancing the overall comfort of your extended stay. However, please note that reservations lasting seven nights or fewer do not include a mid-stay clean. For instance, if your stay spans ten or 14 nights, a mid-stay cleaning will be organised at your convenience. Should you desire additional cleaning services, we encourage you to inquire about the associated fees when booking. Please be aware that cleaning fees are applied per each cleaning session.

Security Deposit

A security deposit of £500 for this villa is required at the commencement of your holiday. Rest assured, this deposit will be fully refunded after your stay as long as no damage has been incurred to the property during your occupancy. Villa Boss 1 can be booked in conjunction with Villa Boss 2 for extra large groups.
