HOW CAN I BOOK?

You can check the villa's availability by clicking the AVAILABILITY button on the BOOKING tab on the description page of the villa you are interested in. If the date range you want to stay in is available, a minimum of 5 or 7 nights (depending on the month you choose) must be selected, and the number of people (adults and children) must be selected.

Afterwards, you can see the price of the villa you want to rent for the date of your stay and the amount of deposit that must be paid as prepayment (35% of the total amount).

When you click on the RESERVATION tab, the information on the available reservation page is filled in, and your pre-reservation request is sent to us. After reviewing your request, our sales team will contact you and send you the necessary payment documents to confirm your pre-booking request.

After collecting your payment, details for the villa you will be staying in will be sent via e-mail.

HOW MANY GUESTS CAN BE ACCOMMODATED?

You can find the capacity for each of our listed properties and the number of bedrooms on their dedicated villa listing pages. You must not exceed the maximum number of guests, and if your party is larger than the villa's maximum occupancy, you will be refused access, and no refund will be given.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?

Electricity, water, bottled gas usage, pool and garden maintenance expenses and pre- and post-stay cleaning services are included in the price. You must inform our company in advance if you request an extra cleaning service during your stay, and we will advise you on how much this additional service will be.

WHEN DO I RECEIVE THE RESERVATION DOCUMENTS?

Upon receipt of the booking deposit or total rental amount (depending on how close to your arrival date you book), your reservation confirmation and payment information will be sent to the e-mail address you specified in the reservation form.

ARE THE PRICES DISPLAYED PER PERSON?

The prices we share on our website or social media are the total price of the villa. We do not have a price per person. (Example: In a villa with an accommodation capacity of 4 people, the cost is the same whether two or four people stay.)

HOW ARE PAYMENTS MADE?

After submitting the reservation request form, we will confirm availability and then a 35% deposit of the total rental fee of the villa in the date range you will stay must be paid. This amount is given to you as preliminary information when you fill out the reservation form and is also included in the pre-reservation information you receive. You can also make the 35% deposit payment securely (with 3D secure) via the payment link we will send to you by e-mail, with your credit card or by money transfer/EFT (Western Union) payment to our company account number. The remaining 65% must be paid eight weeks before arrival.
