Reservation Cancellation & Refund Conditions
Our customers have
the unconditional right to cancel their reservation. Cancellations must be emailed in writing
by the lead name guest whose email address appears on the booking.
Cancellations will take effect on the date the cancellation email is sent. All
cancellations are subject to a fee that must be paid by the customer, as
detailed below. Please remember that we will be forced to cancel your
appointment if you do not pay the balance on time. Furthermore, if you decide
to switch from one property to another, your booking will be considered
cancelled, and the same charges will apply.
Cancellation notice given and Cancellation charge applied:
More than 80 days Deposit only (35%)
79 – 60 days 80%
59 days or less 100%
If customers
request to cancel the reservation 80 (eighty) days before the check-in date,
a) If the deposit
has been paid, it will not be refunded.
b) If the payment
has been made in full, the remaining amount, excluding the deposit fee, will be
refunded to the customer.
If the customer
requests to cancel the reservation between 79 and 60 days from the check-in
date,
a) If the payment
has been made in full, the customer will be refunded 20% of the total amount.
b) If only the
deposit has been paid, 50% of the remaining amount will be collected from the customer
as penal sanction compensation.
If the customer
requests to cancel the reservation made less than 59 days before the check-in
date,
a) If the payment
has been made in full, it will not be refunded.
b) If only the
deposit has been paid, the remaining amount will be collected from the customer
as extra penal sanction compensation.
Complaints
If a user or
advertiser wishes to raise a complaint, they must submit their complaint in
writing to LuxuryTurkish.com within 24 hours after entering the villa.
Our company can mediate
between the customer and the villa owner in case of any situation, and when a
dispute arises, our company has the final say. Neither side has the right to
object to this.
If the customer
wishes to leave the accommodation early due to his reservation, they cannot
claim back the fee for the days they did not stay.
Reservation
cancellation is not considered cancelled until the customer receives a confirmation
e-mail from LuxuryTurkish.com. If the customer has not received a confirmation
e-mail, he/she must contact LuxuryTurkish.com.
Reservation
date change;
Users can change
the booking date depending on a few specific circumstances.
LuxuryTurkish.com
forwards your request to the villa owner and can make the change if it receives
approval. LuxuryTurkish.com only acts as an intermediary; the final say belongs
to the villa owner. If the LuxuryTurkish.com reservation date changes, Since
the issued invoices will change and an extra workforce will be created, the
company has the right to demand an extra £10 transaction fee, including VAT.
Cancellation
of the reservation by LuxuryTurkish.com;
In case of
unforeseen circumstances in the region where our customers have booked to stay
or in the villa where they will stay (in case of disasters such as electricity
and water outages in the region, earthquake, etc., or severe problems with the
villa in which the accommodation will be made), our company will cancel it
before arrival at the villa to avoid any problems for you, our customers.
If our customers
still want to come to the villa in this situation, all responsibility will
belong to the customer. LuxuryTurkish.com will endeavour to offer an
alternative villa with equivalent features to the villa chosen by the customer.
The customer can choose this villa or cancel the reservation entirely and
request a full refund of the money paid.
